LandArt is based on the Delmarva peninsula in Berlin, Maryland and creates virtual tours for the following areas:

Maryland's Eastern Shore - Ocean City, Ocean Pines and Salisbury area locations.

Delaware's Eastern Shore - Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach areas.

Delmarva Peninsula - Other areas in Worcester, Wicomico, Somerset or Sussex counties as well as anywhere on the Delmarva Peninsula may require an additional fee.

Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, Delaware, New York, Virginia and North Carolina's Outer Banks - Additional travel fees will be waived for large quantities of virtual tours.

Other tours can only correctly display the room or the view, creating bright glowing windows (eliminating the view) or creating very dark interiors.
